Prices

Maid to Shine prides itself on being up front. We have no hidden extras or charges and we are happy to show all of our prices. 


We believe that our staff are second to none, and if you are not entirely satisfied with any work that has been completed, we will happily return and clean it again - for free! (Any complaint needs to be submitted within 24 hours of the initial clean.)


We all know that time costs money, but the extra time that we can provide you to concentrate on your family, business or leisure time is priceless.

01 Domestic

We charge £16 per hour for our domestic cleaning. This price includes all chemicals, cloths, mops, buckets, vacuums, DBS checked, fully trained, uniformed staff and of course full insurance. 

We ensure that all tick sheets are fully customised and are happy to complete almost any chore that you wish us to do. (We haven't come across any we won't yet.) 

02 End of tenancy

We charge separate prices for end of tenancy and deep cleans due to the intensive work and attention to detail that is involved with this type of clean. Our prices start at £100 for a 1 bedroom property. This includes a porch, living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and stairs/hallway. We charge an additional £25 for each extra room in the property eg. extra bedroom, conservatory, dining room. We charge £10 for any additional small room eg. back porch or WC. This price also includes a basic oven clean. An intensive oven clean costs an additional £50.

03 Office

We charge £18 per hour for all commercial or office cleaning. This is due to the additional administration that goes into the planning of zoning the areas of the work place to ensure speed and efficiency of our staff as well as to cover the cost of all products, PPE and equipment that we supply and use on the premises. This also includes any specialist products that we may need to use. Maid to Shine will provide all Risk assessments, COSSH assessments and safety data sheets that may be required. We have full employer and public liability insurance as well as highly competent, hard working, DBS checked, uniformed staff.
